Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Structural Manager for Civil and Building Work to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and overseeing construction projects, with a focus on civil and building works. As a Structure Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of civil and building work projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Manage and coordinate with project teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that work is being carried out according to plans and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications.
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost control measures are in place.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing civil and building work projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Prior experience working in the UAE is preferred.
