About the Role
We are hiring four Senior Sales Executives to strengthen our sales team in Dubai. These roles are designed for professionals with proven experience in freight forwarding and multimodal logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales in air, sea, road, and rail logistics.
• Generate new business and manage existing accounts.
• Negotiate rates and service agreements with carriers.
• Develop tailored solutions in collaboration with pricing teams.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and report progress to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Demonstrated success in freight/logistics sales.
• Strong commercial knowledge of routings, rates, and carrier negotiations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Russian required for 2 positions.
