Overview

Role: SAP Success Factor Consultant . Company: Dicetek LLC .

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience of SAP experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central ( EC) Core, Employee Central Payroll, Time Off, Timesheet, and knowledge in integration with other 3rd Party tools.
• Minimum 2 End to End implementation experience in SF Employee Central with Time Off & Timesheet and Benefits.
• Understanding of business processes related to Core HR.
• Good to have minimum knowledge in the additional two SF modules.
• Hands on experience on building custom modules on BTP.
• Strong experience in leading a team for the EC implementation project and collaboratively work with off-shore team.
• Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central is mandatory.
• The candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed, and be capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to a proactive review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery, and support.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
