Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in procurement, planning, or related fields, with a focus on developing and implementing initiatives.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and executive leadership regarding strategy, operations, transformation, or related areas.
- Experience with project management, process improvements, and risk mitigation strategies within a procurement context.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master’s Degree in related field.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, strategies, best practices and familiarity with digital technologies and their applications in procurement.
- Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and influence cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
- Strong background in evaluating and incubating strategic initiatives that drive innovation and create value for the organization.
- Excellent strategic planning and investigative skills, with the ability to translate organizational goals into actionable plans and initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior management.

Within the GPO, the One Google Procurement Enablement team focuses on enabling GPO’s strategic goal through cross (x)-GPO programs, fostering operational excellence, innovation, and proactive risk management to deliver Google-wide value.
In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to GPO pillars and pillar leadership, developing and helping drive GPO’s multi-year strategic roadmap to drive digital transformation, enhance organizational capabilities, and incubate strategic initiatives to create value for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with GPO Pillar and Cross(x)-Functional leadership to develop and manage a multi-year strategic roadmap aligned with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
- Support identification of opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation through procurement strategies.
- Support efforts to integrate digital technologies into procurement processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Help identify capability maturity gaps within the procurement organization and develop plans to enhance capabilities through operating model programs and evaluate, and incubate strategic initiatives that have the potential to drive innovation and create value for the organization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as department heads and senior management, to understand their needs and priorities and align procurement strategies accordingly.
