Minimum qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA.
  • 10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory.
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering end-to-end outcomes.
  • Ability to identify and assess strategic opportunities, with an understanding of their potential impact on business growth.
  • Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills, including the ability to navigate ambiguity and design creative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and gain alignment among stakeholders.

Within Global Partnerships, the Sellside organization works with a range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The team partners with Publishers and App Developers of all sizes to promote their ad inventory, working with Google’s broad range of partner solutions including AdSense, AdMob, and Ad Manager, across mobile, display, and video formats, helping our partners and their audiences get the most out of the web. In addition, the Partnerships team supports Google’s own product teams with essential partnerships to help power Google’s user experiences in search, maps, travel, shopping, payments and more.

You will leverage your experience serving as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership and the flexibility to work on a range of issues, from influencing business strategy to operational management. You will possess a deep interest in architecting and optimizing global business systems, specifically headcount and OpEx (Operational Expenditure) management and annual planning, while serving as a senior pillar and mentor to their peers to ensure high-performance execution across the function.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google’s partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $186,000-$270,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Act as a lead business partner to cross-functional leadership, translating strategic goals into actionable operational roadmaps.
  • Own the design and execution of global business operations cycles, including headcount planning, Opex management, annual planning, and OKR tracking.
  • Lead high-impact, ambiguous projects for senior leaders, providing the structured thinking and data-driven analysis required for resolution.
  • Architect and scale cross-functional processes to ensure the organization operates efficiently at scale and synthesize complex operational requirements into clear, data-driven recommendations and strategic communications for executive stakeholders.
  • Serve as a mentor and coach to Strategy and Operations peers, fostering a culture of data-driven excellence and high performance.
