About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Director of SecurityRelations to join the resort’s Security team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Effectivelyexercise independent decision making, as a subject matter expertunder stress.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of local regulations to ensure full operational compliance.
• Maintain strong relationships with government emergency services and regulatory authorities.
• Perform regular reviews of existing practices and conditions,identifyinggaps against best practices.
• Research and recommendnew technologiesand systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop comprehensive policies and procedures for operations, and implementation processes.
• Establish strategicobjectivesand supporting key performance indicators for operations team.
• Design and implement supporting forms using modern methods to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop code-compliant business proposals aligned with best practices and organizational goals.
• Prepare budget forecasts to support business proposals and operational planning.
• Analyzestakeholders’ interests andimpactson security efforts.
• Maintainstrong communicationand collaboration with stakeholders.
• Communicate securityplans and proposalsto ensurestakeholderunderstanding and support.
• Advocate for security initiatives and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Address risks in stakeholder relations effectively.
• Leverage stakeholderexpertiseand resources for security advancement.
• Utilize stakeholder feedback to refine security practices.
• Contribute to joint stakeholdercrisis response strategies and action plans.
• Act as the primaryliaison with external stakeholders during crisis response operations.
• Ensure compliance with international and local security regulations.
• Coordinate security audits and implement improvements.
• Coordinate joint stakeholdertraining programs, including drills and simulationto enhanceperformance.
• Identifyemerging security threats, via stakeholder network,and recommend proactive measures.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Required Education:Bachelor’s degree security, law enforcement,or related fields.
• Required Experience:UAE Ministry of Interior, MinimumRank ofColonel or Higher
• Required: Emirati National and bilingual (English / Arabic).
• Strong leadership and effective management skills.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication, confident with executive leaders.
• Exceptional program and project management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality andtimelydelivery.
• Skilled presenter and public speaker.
• Highproficiencyin Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database programs.
• Ability to lead and influence stakeholders for security initiatives.
• Effective inanalyzingstakeholder needs and providing solutions.
• Comprehensive understanding of security principles and procedures.
• Collaborative with departments and external partners.
• Adaptable to changing circumstances and stakeholder demands.
