Global Head of Sales (Cross-Border Payments | Fintech Infrastructure)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Compensation: Highly competitive base + uncapped commission + equity potential
About the Company
A high-growth, venture-backed fintech building next-generation cross-border payments infrastructure.
The Opportunity
This is a global leadership role reporting directly to the CRO.
You will own and execute the global revenue strategy across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas , building and scaling a high-performing international sales organisation.
This is not a standard Head of role. You will be expected to operate as a true heavy hitter, bringing experience, relationships, and a proven track record of scaling revenue in high-growth fintech environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own global revenue strategy across all regions
- Scale and lead international sales teams across EMEA, APAC, and Americas
- Build structure, processes, and operating cadence across the commercial function
- Drive aggressive revenue growth aligned to company expansion targets
- Develop and execute global go-to-market strategy
- Lead enterprise and platform sales targeting fintechs, marketplaces, and global merchants
- Embed data, automation, and AI into sales processes and performance tracking
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Leadership on expansion strategy
- Build and maintain senior relationships with key clients and partners globally
- Hire, coach, and develop a world-class sales organisation
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Global Head, Regional Head, or equivalent senior commercial leader
- Track record scaling revenue and teams in a high-growth fintech or payments environment
- Experience within cross-border payments, FX, or financial infrastructure
- Strong background in institutional sales , with exposure to enterprise and platform clients
- Experience in challenger or scaling fintech environments
- Demonstrated ability to build and implement scalable sales processes and structures
- Strong understanding of data-led sales, automation, and AI-driven sales optimisation
- Existing network and relationships within fintech, payments, and enterprise ecosystems
- Experience leading globally distributed teams
