Job Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate information.
- Manage customer interactions for various shipments and ensure service excellence.
- Follow up on requests, resolve complaints, and manage claims according to SOPs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
- Assist with billing and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor KPIs and contribute to achieving performance targets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally in e-commerce or logistics.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to monitor and improve performance based on KPIs.
