Our client is a multinational consumer goods company and is experiencing steady growth with sales at an all-time high. Keeping pace with supply and demand, they are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join the team. The Financial Controller will report to the Regional Finance Director and will lead on a number of financial initiatives including:

1. Develop and manage the short and long-term financial plans and strategies to support the objectives of senior management.
2. Managing budgets and financial control activities to provide information needed by management and statutory bodies.
3. Monitor the flow of imported sales goods and related demand planning.
4. Ensures effective accounting procedures/internal control are established and followed in order to meet the financial reporting requirements of the business.
5. Explore new investment opportunities and advise management of their feasibility.

A minimum of 10 years accounting experience, most of which spent supporting sales and marketing functions in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industries.

Post-graduate qualification such as CPA or in accounting, finance, business administration fields.

Able to work autonomously.

Excellent communication skills at all levels.
