We are looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer with expertise in quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost breakdowns for various construction projects, including buildings, infrastructure, and fit-out works. The ideal candidate will have experience with RFQs, RFPs, and contract documentation, as well as knowledge of construction materials, labor costs, and local/international market pricing.

المهام الأساسية:

  • Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and BOQs.
  • Develop cost breakdowns and estimation reports.
  • Review RFQs, RFPs, and contract documentation.
  • Monitor project costs, timelines, and assist with cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with FIDIC, ASTM, BS, and local regulations.
  • Basic knowledge of MEP estimation.

مؤهلات:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 3-5 years of UAE-based experience in construction estimation.
  • Knowledge of FIDIC, ASTM, BS, and local authority regulations.
  • Familiarity with cost estimation software.
