Overview

We’re Hiring – General Accountant (BPO & Workforce Solutions)

A fast-growing BPO and workforce solutions project is looking for a General Accountant to take charge of our financial backbone and work closely with senior leadership from the start.

• Manage full-cycle accounting, reconciliations, and month-end closings.
• Work directly with the CFO and C-suite on financial planning and strategy.
• Lead P&L forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, audits, and reporting standards.
• Provide actionable financial insights to guide executive decisions.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of UAE accounting experience (BPO or service industry background preferred).
• Strong skills in P&L management, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
• Proficient in advanced Excel and ERP/accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident operating in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfortable collaborating closely with executives on high-level decisions.
