Position: Project Controls Manager (Onshore Projects)

Contract Details: Full-time, permanent with family status

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Controls Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of project controls for our EPC oil & gas client’s onshore projects.

– Develop and implement project controls strategies and plans for onshore projects, including cost control, schedule control, risk management, and change management

– Monitor project progress and performance, identify potential issues and risks, and develop mitigation plans

– Ensure compliance with project controls processes and procedures, and provide guidance and support to project teams

– Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop project budgets, schedules, and forecasts

– Manage project cost tracking and reporting, including budget vs. actual analysis, variance analysis, and cost trend analysis

– Lead project risk management activities, including identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks

– Oversee project change management process, including review and approval of change requests

– Provide regular project controls reports to senior management and clients, highlighting project status, risks, and opportunities

– Mentor and train project controls team members, and provide guidance on best practices and industry standards

– Continuously improve project controls processes and procedures to enhance project performance and efficiency

مؤهلات:

– Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field

– Minimum of 15+years of experience in project controls, preferably in ADNOConshore projects

– Strong knowledge of project controls principles, processes, and tools

– Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar

– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

– PMP or other project management certifications are a plus

– Candidates with ADNOC experience will be given preference.
