A leading investment group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Group Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will lead budgeting and forecasting, champion digitalisation, and prepare executive dashboards. Candidates should have 10–12 years of experience, a strong background in financial leadership, and be adept in investment evaluation. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance and strong proficiency in financial tools are required. Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
