يعد برنامج Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end payroll operations across multiple business units, and subsidiaries. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant salary payments while maintaining adherence to local and international regulations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, extensive payroll expertise, and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
المهام الأساسية
- Develop, implement, and maintain payroll policies, procedures, and controls across the group
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salaries, deductions, and final settlements
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, and statutory reporting requirements across all jurisdictions
- Lead internal and external payroll audits, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to regulatory standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop the payroll team to ensure high performance and accuracy
- Oversee payroll operations to ensure timely and error‑free processing for all employees
- Drive payroll transformation initiatives, including system upgrades and process optimization
- Manage and enhance payroll systems, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Payroll
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and data accuracy
- Reconcile payroll data, validate outputs, and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Prepare payroll reports, analytics, and insights for senior management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless payroll operations
- Address payroll‑related queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field
- Minimum 10+ years of payroll experience , including at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Mandatory experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, and compliance in UAE.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi‑entity or international payroll operations
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion)
- Professional certifications such as CPP, CIPP, or equivalent are preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
