المتطلبات:
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant technical position within large organizations.
- Banking background.
Responsibilities include:
- Application production support within the ITIL Framework.
- Application troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance.
- Application performance tuning and optimization.
- Resolving tickets with quality and within SLA.
- Proactive monitoring and incident analysis.
- Workflow maintenance and configuration.
- Handling interface-related issues and understanding middleware systems like Bawaba, Open API, Microservices.
Skills required:
- Good knowledge of Java-based applications.
- Strong understanding of Siebel Architecture.
- Knowledge of Siebel Administration, Workflow Configuration, EAI, and Siebel Tools.
- Hands-on experience with Siebel EIM Module.
- Experience with Unix Commands.
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL.
Additional advantage for experience in OBIEE, Informatica & DAC.
