Requirements:

  2. Banking background.

Responsibilities include:

  • Application production support within the ITIL Framework.
  • Application troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Application performance tuning and optimization.
  • Resolving tickets with quality and within SLA.
  • Proactive monitoring and incident analysis.
  • Workflow maintenance and configuration.
  • Handling interface-related issues and understanding middleware systems like Bawaba, Open API, Microservices.

Skills required:

  • Good knowledge of Java-based applications.
  • Strong understanding of Siebel Architecture.
  • Knowledge of Siebel Administration, Workflow Configuration, EAI, and Siebel Tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Siebel EIM Module.
  • Experience with Unix Commands.
  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL.

Additional advantage for experience in OBIEE, Informatica & DAC.
