• Provide application production support within the ITIL framework.
• Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain applications.
• Tune and optimize application performance.
• Resolve tickets with quality and within SLA.
• Proactively monitor systems and analyze incidents.
• Maintain and configure workflows.
• Knowledge of TCS BaNCS application, backend and frontend.
• Understand SWIFT and local payment settlement.
• Knowledge of shell scripting, JBoss, Oracle, Spring, Hibernate, and programming languages.
• Experience with Windows and Unix environments.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and support critical production issues.
• Willingness to work extended hours during critical incidents and schedule weekend deployments.
• Acknowledge and act on command center calls (24×7).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant technical position in large organizations.
• Banking background.
• Experience with ITIL-based production support.
