Overview
Application Support Specialist – TCS BANCS at Dicetek LLC

Responsibilities
- Provide application production support within the ITIL framework.
- Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain applications.
- Tune and optimize application performance.
- Resolve tickets with quality and within SLA.
- Proactively monitor systems and analyze incidents.
- Maintain and configure workflows.
- Knowledge of TCS BaNCS application, backend and frontend.
- Understand SWIFT and local payment settlement.
- Knowledge of shell scripting, JBoss, Oracle, Spring, Hibernate, and programming languages.
- Experience with Windows and Unix environments.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and support critical production issues.
- Willingness to work extended hours during critical incidents and schedule weekend deployments.
- Acknowledge and act on command center calls (24×7).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant technical position in large organizations.
- Banking background.
- Experience with ITIL-based production support.
