How you will create an impact

The main responsibilities of the Business Development Director include developing business with existing and new producers, improving the client/broker/cedant experience, clarifying our appetite and value proposition, enhancing post-placement servicing, driving a customer-centric culture, ensuring governance and best practices, and safeguarding compliance standards.

What you’ll need to succeed

Minimum Qualifications / Education / Experience / Knowledge

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Intermediate Level Management Training
• Knowledge of Market and General Insurance Products

Communication and Working Relationships

Internal: Product Towers, CPS, Receivables, Claims, Multinational, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Facilities

External: Lead a culture of positive business engagement with all external stakeholders
