Technology & Process Support:

• Serve as a liaison between sales & distribution teams and technology teams for digital case submissions and issues.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to digital case processing and approvals.
• Collaborate with IT and product teams to improve digital sales journeys.

Market & Competitor Research:

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and best practices.
• Perform competitor benchmarking to enhance digital products.
• Analyze customer behavior to improve digital banking solutions.

Process & Operational Excellence:

• Investigate process inefficiencies and perform root cause analysis.
• Design and document workflows and process maps.
• Recommend process improvements for efficiency and customer experience.

Stakeholder & Communication Management:

• Engage with senior stakeholders across departments.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, IT, and operations teams for alignment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in digital banking, business analysis, or related fields.
• Knowledge of digital banking operations and sales processes.
• Experience working with technology teams on digital platforms.
• Skills in market research, competitor analysis, and process investigations.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools like Visio.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in financial services or banking is advantageous.
