Overview

Role Purpose:- The director is accountable for translating Dubai SME’s strategic mandate into end-to-end execution. This role leads across multiple verticals startup incubation, ecosystem partnerships, capital mobilization, and internal performance to ensure measurable impact on entrepreneurship, SME growth, and national economic outcomes. Acting as both a strategic operator and ecosystem enabler, the Executive Director drives delivery excellence, ensures KPI alignment with D33 and North Star priorities, and fosters a culture of innovation and accountability.

Qualifications

التعليم

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Innovation, Finance or Entrepreneurship (required)
• Master’s in business, Innovation, Finance, or Entrepreneurship (preferred)
• Professional Certifications are preferred (PMP, CFA. Certificate in VC and Private)

الخبرة

• 10-15 years in VC, accelerators, venture studios, or government SME programs
• GCC or emerging market ecosystem experience preferred
• Direct P&L, fund, or incubator management with AED 10–15M+ scope
• Closed or advised on 5+ early-stage investment rounds

Technical Skills

• Strategic execution, KPI tracking, ecosystem building, financial modelling
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, analytics tools
• Vision, agility, influence, execution ownership, founder empathy
• Public policy and multi-stakeholder governance exposure preferred
