Job Purpose
The person will be responsible for providing IT operational support for Core Banking Finacle, specifically working on Finacle 11x versions.

  • At least 3 years of experience in Finacle 10x or above.
  • Good knowledge of Oracle SQL & PL/SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux commands and application production support.
  • Experience in proactive monitoring, troubleshooting application issues in production, incident analysis & resolution, and RCA related to applications.
  • Ensuring resolution of production issues within SLA.
  • Experience in workflow maintenance and configuration.
  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts for incident, problem, and change management.
  • Banking domain exposure is an added advantage.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsible for maintaining the stability of assigned applications and providing ongoing support.
  • Includes service delivery, SLA adherence for incidents and service requests, and reporting to the Application Operation Manager.
  • Maintain production systems to meet SLA targets for system availability, incident response, resolution time, and problem follow-up.
