• Lead the company’s strategy to expand Trojan Limited’s footprint globally and position the company as a trusted powerhouse in the tyre industry.
• Bridge world-class manufacturers with buyers across Asia, the Middle East, and South Asia; manage partnerships and long-term relationships.
• Oversee product portfolio in PCR, TBR, and OTR tyres; drive private branding solutions and seamless logistics support.
• Develop and implement business strategies, GTM plans, and go-to-market initiatives; drive market expansion and revenue growth.

Qualifications / Experience

• Extensive experience in EMEA with responsibilities in New Mobility, Transportation solutions, digital education, energy infrastructure, and matrix sales structures.
• Proven track record in sustainable distribution, Tyre Cluster Sales Strategy, and Go-to-Market planning , ).
• Practical automotive and infrastructure education (Michelin Academy); experience teaching markets on new mobility trends and EVs.
• Sales experience in EV charging infrastructure; project management experience in digital production and new business models (Michelin Business in Europe).
• Experience in export/import operations and multimodal delivery; managed EMEA cluster across 20+ countries.
• Strong business strategy, change management, leadership, and people management skills.
• Languages: English, Polish, Ukrainian.
