Open Roles

• Chef de Partie – Indian Cuisine: ability to create flavorful Indian dishes with layered techniques. Strong knowledge of Indian flavors and recipes, and the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality plates.
• Chef de Partie – Continental Cuisine: experience on a fast-paced line, plate European dishes to a high standard, and handle responsibilities associated with intermediate leadership in the kitchen. Proficiency with terms like béchamel is expected.
• Commis I – Continental Cuisine: assist the chef on the station, learn the ropes, contribute actively, and handle real responsibilities beyond basic prep.
• Commis II – Butchery: butchery skills, breaking down cuts, preparing meat for service, and strong knife work.
• Commis II – Pastry: assist in pastry production, with attention to detail and presentation.
