Role Overview

The Planning Director will be responsible for driving the overall project planning strategy, ensuring all developments are aligned with business objectives, delivery timelines, and performance targets. This is a leadership role requiring strong oversight of project controls, scheduling, and risk management across multiple concurrent projects.

• Oversee master planning, scheduling, and project controls across the portfolio
• Develop and implement planning strategies, standards, and processes
• Lead and mentor planning teams and ensure resource optimization
• Review and approve project schedules, progress reports, and risk assessments
• Collaborate with development, design, and construction teams to ensure timely delivery
• Provide executive-level reporting and insights on project performance
• Identify risks, delays, and mitigation strategies at a portfolio level

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in real estate or construction planning
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
• Proven track record managing large-scale developments
