We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Generative AI (GenAI) product development to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate has experience working closely with engineering, data science, and business teams to bring innovative AI features and platforms to life. This is a hybrid role based in Lahore, Karachi, or Islamabad , with required flexibility to travel to the UAE for short-term (2-3 months) client engagement .Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and lead the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for GenAI-powered solutions.
• Align product direction with market opportunities, customer needs, and business objectives.

Requirement Gathering & Roadmap Planning

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather, prioritize, and define clear product requirements.
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay current on GenAI trends and emerging use cases.

Cross-functional Leadership

• Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure seamless development and delivery of GenAI features.
• Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders and ensure alignment across departments.

Customer-Centric Design

• Ensure that GenAI solutions offer intuitive, efficient, and responsible user experiences.
• Balance innovation with usability, customer feedback, and performance insights.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

• Track product KPIs, user behavior, and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Make data-informed decisions and adjust the roadmap based on user and market feedback.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

• Act as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders and external clients, especially during UAE-based project phases.
• Communicate product strategy, status, and results clearly to all levels of the organization.

Compliance & Ethical Considerations

• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure products align with responsible AI, data privacy, and security standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Product Management, or related field.
• 8 to 12+ years of experience , including hands-on product management of GenAI or AI/ML-powered solutions .
• Strong understanding of Generative AI tools and platforms (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, etc.).
• Proven track record of launching successful AI-driven products across web or enterprise platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and client-facing environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Hybrid work model – based in Lahore, Karachi, or Islamabad .
• Must be willing to travel to UAE for short-term (2 to 3 months) assignments as per project needs.
