The QC Inspector – Civil is responsible for inspecting civil construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and quality standards. This includes monitoring earthworks, concrete works, reinforcement placement, and structural installations through visual inspections and testing methods. The inspector identifies defects or non-conformities and works closely with construction teams to implement corrective actions. In addition to on-site inspections, the QC Inspector reviews quality documentation, maintains accurate records, and supports audits to ensure ongoing adherence to safety and quality protocols.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in civil inspection, preferably in infrastructure, oil & gas, or industrial projects
• Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (ACI, ASTM, ISO)
• Proficiency in interpreting civil drawings, specifications, and inspection reports
• Experience in earthworks, concrete, and structural construction inspection
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with quality control documentation and audit processes
