We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead and scale our brokerage division.

The ideal candidate must be capable of building, managing, and driving performance of a team of brokers in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.

This is a leadership role focused on revenue growth, team expansion, and closing high-value transactions.

Compensation

• Salary up to AED 15,000/month
• Team override / performance bonus
• High commission potential

المسؤوليات

• Build & manage a team of minimum 20 property consultants
• Recruit commission-based brokers
• Train and mentor agents to close deals
• Implement sales strategy & KPIs
• Work with management on growth plan

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or team management role
• Proven sales record in Dubai real estate
• Strong recruitment capability
• Knowledge of off-plan & secondary market
• RERA certified (or eligible)
