Role Overview

The Retail Brand Manager will oversee showroom management retail strategy and brand execution to ensure Huxberry Bedding continues to set the benchmark in premium interiors with a focus on bedding and upholstered furniture. This is a hands‑on role balancing operational excellence customer experience sales leadership and brand positioning .

• Showroom Management
  • Oversee day‑to‑day showroom operations ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Manage visual merchandising product displays and brand presentation in line with brand guidelines.
  • Supervise and train retail sales staff to deliver a premium customer experience.
  • Monitor showroom KPIs including footfall conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
• Brand & Retail Strategy
  • Develop and execute brand strategies to drive awareness and sales growth.
  • Plan and implement in‑store activations, product launches and promotional events.
  • Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to align campaigns with showroom activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with retail partners, mall operators and vendors.
• Sales & Performance
  • Set and track sales targets for the showroom team.
  • Analyze sales performance and customer insights to optimize operations and drive profitability.
  • Recommend new initiatives to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales.

Requirements / Qualifications & Skills

• 5 years of experience in retail brand management and showroom operations (luxury interiors, bedding or premium retail preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and enhancing retail performance.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong understanding of customer behavior in the premium/luxury retail sector.
