Role Overview
The Retail Brand Manager will oversee showroom management retail strategy and brand execution to ensure Huxberry Bedding continues to set the benchmark in premium interiors with a focus on bedding and upholstered furniture. This is a hands‑on role balancing operational excellence customer experience sales leadership and brand positioning .
Key Responsibilities
- Showroom Management
- Oversee day‑to‑day showroom operations ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Manage visual merchandising product displays and brand presentation in line with brand guidelines.
- Supervise and train retail sales staff to deliver a premium customer experience.
- Monitor showroom KPIs including footfall conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Brand & Retail Strategy
- Develop and execute brand strategies to drive awareness and sales growth.
- Plan and implement in‑store activations, product launches and promotional events.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to align campaigns with showroom activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with retail partners, mall operators and vendors.
- Sales & Performance
- Set and track sales targets for the showroom team.
- Analyze sales performance and customer insights to optimize operations and drive profitability.
- Recommend new initiatives to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales.
Requirements / Qualifications & Skills
- 5 years of experience in retail brand management and showroom operations (luxury interiors, bedding or premium retail preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and enhancing retail performance.
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior in the premium/luxury retail sector.
