About the role

This role is responsible for verifying cash and any other related product submitted by tele sales agents with the customers. Validating evert detail, ensuring accuracy, product related charges and features conveyed and completeness before submitting for further processing.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Review and verify cash product applications submitted by staff
• Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Cross-check customer details, documents, and product eligibility criteria.
• Flag discrepancies or incomplete submissions and coordinate with telesales agents for resolution.
• Escalate any lapses immediately to TL/VP
• Maintain detailed records of verification outcomes and escalate any suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Collaborate with credit, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth processing.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance verification efficiency and accuracy
• Recommend improvements to verification processes and quality control measures.
• Support audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in day-to-day requirement of smooth functioning of the unit as and when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in banking operations, product verification, or tele sales support.
• Strong understanding of retail banking cash products (e.g., personal loans, credit cards).
• Familiarity with KYC norms, regulatory guidelines, and internal compliance standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in banking systems and MS Office tools.
