A Business Setup Advisor assists entrepreneurs with thecomplex procedures involved in setting up a business. They are key players in abusiness’s development, helping business owners progress calmly through all thestages of business creation.

Key Responsibilities/Duties

Sell company products and help achieve individual and teamsales targets.

Update the CRM (Zoho) and accurately manage each allocatedinquiry.

Ensure detailed and timely monthly, quarterly, and yearlysales reporting, in line with company requirements.

Assist the Sales Manager, when needed, in training newsales team members on company products and services.

Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultationswith clients to understand their business goals, requirements, and legalstructure preferences.

Business Setup Expertise: Provide expert guidanceon various business setup options, including company registration, licenses,permits, and legal compliance.

Documentation Assistance: Assist clients inpreparing and submitting the necessary documentation and applications torelevant government agencies and authorities.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that clients’business setups comply with local laws and regulations, and stay up to datewith changes in regulations.

Market Research: Conduct market research andfeasibility studies to help clients make informed decisions about theirbusiness ventures.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintainstrong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concernsthroughout the setup process.

Networking: Develop and maintain a network ofcontacts within relevant government agencies, industry associations, andpartners to expedite the setup process.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organizedrecords of client interactions, documentation, and progress.

Client Education: Educate clients about thebusiness setup process, requirements, and timelines to manage expectationseffectively.

Abilities & Skills

Extensive UAE company incorporation/business setupexpertise.

Well-experienced and has a solid understanding of onshoreand offshore company formation.

Outstanding networking and business development skills.

Passionate go-getter, capable of managing clients withlimited supervision.

Knowledgeable in using CRM tools (preferably Zoho CRM).

Good presentation skills and a positive attitude.

Excellent oral and written communication skills inEnglish; knowledge of other languages are a plus.

Must hold a Bachelor’s degree.

2 to 5 years of experience in company setup in the UnitedArab Emirates.

Experience

Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

2 to 5 years of experience in company setup in the UnitedArab Emirates.

Pleasing personality and a well-focused individual.

Able to handle pressure at work, with the capability tomulti-task.

Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).

Relevant background in sales is an added advantage.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Background in customer service; industry knowledge is aplus.

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.

• Previous experience in company formation and business set-up is preferred.
