Responsibilities
- Be the first line of defense, handling calls from curious, angry, and confused customers.
- Fix problems, answer questions, and provide a voice customers want to hear on the other end.
- Stay calm and professional even when customers are upset.
- Listen carefully, explain things clearly, and resolve complaints to prevent escalation.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate colleagues when needed.
- Maintain accurate digital call records, log interactions, and follow the script.
- Meet daily KPIs as part of standard performance expectations.
- Collaborate with supervisors and teammates; participate in training to build skills over time.
Qualifications / What You’ll Need
- Ability to listen effectively and communicate clearly.
- Willingness to follow processes and scripts; comfort with digital documentation.
- Team-oriented mindset and openness to feedback.
- Ability to handle pressure and adapt to varied customer situations.
