What will you do:

• To always perform as per LPM steps and standards of service, ensuring to explain LPM concept to all guests.
• To have an extensive knowledge of LPM products (both on food and beverages) allowing to attend every guest’s needs and questions.
• To propose signature dishes and maintain your tables clean.
• To provide the best guest experience to all, according to LPM standards, while interacting with them and showing your personality.
• To handle all guest complaints in a positive and friendly manner and to report to your supervisor if escalated.

What you need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in hospitality/F&B industry (min 2 year)
• Previous experience in a similar position (min 2 year)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• English – fluent oral and written
• Attention to details, speed and accuracy
