We’re looking for Food & Beverage Runners who go beyond just carrying plates — people who take pride in smooth service and know that a warm smile and a well-timed explanation of the dish can make all the difference. You’re proactive, well-spoken, and quick on your feet, but never in a rush when it comes to guest experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen promptly, accurately, and with genuine warmth.
• Explain dishes confidently and clearly, including key ingredients and how they’re meant to be enjoyed.
• Check on guests and respond to requests such as sauces, condiments, or additional utensils.
• Ensure plates are served at the right temperature, with correct presentation and garnishes.
• Keep service stations clean and stocked, and support the floor team during busy shifts.
• Clear used items quickly and help maintain an inviting, tidy dining area.
• Communicate effectively with both kitchen and service teams to support a seamless flow.
• Uphold hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
• Be a proud part of our mission — helping put modern Central American cuisine on the map in Dubai, one table at a time.

Your Key Qualifications

• Strong spoken English and confident communication with guests.
• Friendly, guest-focused, and energetic.
• Fast, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Presentable with high personal grooming standards.
• Prior experience is a plus — the right attitude is a must.
