Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman specializing in roads and infrastructure to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roadworks, utilities, drainage, and site execution, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities related to roads, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure.
  2. Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, safety standards, and project timelines.
  3. Manage and instruct site workers, subcontractors, and machinery operators.
  4. Monitor material usage and ensure timely availability of required resources.
  5. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
  6. Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on-site.
  7. Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site inspectors for smooth workflow.
  8. Maintain daily reports, progress updates, and documentation for management review.

Requirements:

  1. 2 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in roads & infrastructure projects.
  2. Strong knowledge of road construction, drainage, utility works, and earthworks.
  3. Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work plans.
  4. Leadership skills to manage site teams and subcontractors.
  5. Good communication skills to coordinate with engineers, site staff, and project stakeholders.
  6. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
  7. Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
