Global Head of Memberships / Partnerships

A fast-growing, global AI-driven business operating across real estate, investment, and cross-border markets is hiring a Global Head of Partnerships.

The company are looking for someone who can design, curate, and scale a high-trust global membership ecosystem serving senior investors, family offices, institutions, and strategic partners.

The role

• Full ownership of the global membership and partnership strategy
• Define who joins, how value is delivered, and how trust compounds over time
• Build and manage a private, invite-only investor and partner network
• Drive meaningful outcomes for members through curated access, introductions, and collaboration
• Work closely with founders to shape long‑term growth and defensibility

The profile

• Proven experience building or operating senior‑level investor, founder, or UHNW networks
• Strong understanding of private capital, real estate, wealth, or institutional ecosystems
• Commercially minded but quality‑driven — comfortable saying no to protect standards
• Global mindset with an established international network
• Senior leadership or founder‑adjacent background preferred
