We are building a home service vertical in Dubai from the ground up.

This role is for someone who has already done it — not someone who wants to learn how.

You will be responsible for launching, structuring, and scaling a fully operational home service unit across beauty and massage.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an operator with direct, hands‑on experience in running home services in Dubai someone who understands both the commercial and operational realities of the market.

You should have:

Proven experience launching or managing a home service business (beauty, wellness, or similar)

Deep understanding of Dubai’s customer behavior, pricing sensitivity, and demand cycles

Existing access to a network of technicians (nails, hair, massage) who can be activated quickly

Experience managing scheduling, routing, and dispatch in a live environment

Strong control over pricing, margins, and commission structures

This is a build‑and‑execute role, not a coordination role.

Mandatory experience

Minimum 5+ years managing a women’s salon in Dubai

Direct involvement in home service operations

Demonstrated ability to build and deploy teams quickly, including assembling a 5-person specialist team within 30 days

Proven ability to launch and execute live services within 60 days

Strong commercial awareness (unit economics, pricing, retention)

Not suitable for

Candidates with only salon floor or branch management experience

Profiles without real exposure to home service logistics

Candidates relying on hiring through job portals to build teams

Those who prefer structured environments over building from zero
