To lead this expansion, we are looking for an experienced Head of Sales – Trading who can drive growth, build a high-performing sales team, and strengthen our position in the regional market.
Your Responsibilities
- Developing and executing the sales strategy for trading and investment products in the UAE and regional markets
- Building and leading a high-performing sales team , including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones
- Developing strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and corporate clients
- Advising clients on trading opportunities and investment strategies in line with their financial goals
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the financial markets
- Ensuring high standards in client servicing, sales processes, and business development activities
- Working closely with management, compliance, and operations teams to ensure regulatory alignment and operational efficiency
- Representing the company at industry events, networking platforms, and strategic meetings
Your Profile
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in financial services sales , preferably within trading, brokerage, or wealth management.
- Proven experience in the UAE/GCC financial markets is mandatory, with strong exposure to Forex, Bonds and Equities products . Exposure to the Asian regions is a plus.
- Solid understanding of DFSA regulations or equivalent financial regulatory frameworks is required.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and leading successful sales teams
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading instruments, and investment products
- Experience working with HNWIs, family offices, and institutional clients
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Strategic mindset with a strong commercial focus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is an added advantage.
- Based in Dubai with regular office presence.
