Position: Head of Radio Station (Indian/Malayalee)

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as the Head of Radio Station in El-Fujairah, UAE. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the station’s operations, including programming, advertising, and personnel management. This position is open to candidates of all nationalities, with a preference for Indian or Malayalee individuals.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement programming strategies to attract and retain listeners
2. Manage advertising sales and partnerships
3. Supervise and mentor radio station staff
4. Oversee budgeting and financial operations
5. Ensure compliance with broadcasting regulations
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in radio broadcasting or media management
• Strong leadership skills and team management abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Knowledge of Indian/Malayalee culture and music preferences
• Experience with budgeting and financial management
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
