  • Acquire companies that have no significant revenue history with the company by selling online recruitment products & services.
  • Initiate and develop a strong relationship with assigned verified leads.
  • Effectively manage the business in an assigned database through a transactional and solution-oriented selling approach.
  • Determine customers’ recruitment needs, and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs.
  • Give online demonstrations to clients in order to handle objections and convince customers to buy.
  • Follow the company’s sales pitch stages with rigor and discipline.
  • Follow daily sales matrix as per the “sales funnel/pyramid”.
  • Produce regular reports on personal sales funnel including all personal stats, and efficiency ratios and analyze your performance.
  • Build a strong pipeline and consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Deliver service that is consistent with the company’s values and promises.
  • Carry out other tasks as requested by the management.

Skills

  • 1+ years of a demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets of B2B solutions.
  • Skilled at building rapport, opening doors, understanding business requirements of senior decision-makers.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Highly energetic, self-starter with a purpose-driven, result-oriented attitude
  • Competitive, ambitious, career-driven, and accountable personality
  • Empathy and the ability to understand customer viewpoint and customer service
  • Ability to work independently and with others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
