Position Overview

The Key Account excitative responsible for identifying developing and maintaining strategic business relationships with high-value clients ensuring profitable growth and strong brand representation.

The role focuses on long-term partnerships contract management and profitability optimization in alignment with the companys Key Account Approval Policy.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and target potential clients meeting Key Account Criteria.
  • Develop tailored proposals contracts and quotations for major accounts.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new Key Accounts ensuring compliance with approval workflow.

Account Management & Growth

  • Maintain long-term partnerships with existing Key Accounts to ensure consistent refill and reorder cycles.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance meetings with clients.
  • Manage renewals service contracts and upselling opportunities.
  • Ensure product quality service level and response time meet agreed standards.

Coordination & Operations

  • Collaborate with the Refilling Department to schedule refills delivery plans and customer service.
  • Work with the Finance Department on pricing approvals credit limits and collection follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Team for promotions co-branding and visibility plans.

Reporting & Performance

  • Maintain accurate client data and deal history within the ERP system.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports on sales margin and client activity.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any service issues proactively.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of sales and collection targets.
  • New Key Account acquisition count per quarter.
  • Retention and refill order rate.
  • Gross profit margin per account.
  • Client satisfaction and complaint resolution time.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in business Sales or Marketing.
  • Minimum 46 years of B2B / Key Account experience in fragrance FMCG or service industry.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP Excel and CRM tools.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
