Our Product Management team drives product initiatives from inception, roadmap prioritisation through to execution, makes impacts and launches products/features across our global footprint. We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products.

About the role: We are looking for a Senior / Lead Product Manager to drive product initiatives from inception through execution. This is a unique opportunity for someone with vision to architect and manage an industry-changing platform that helps change the way we deal with money. You will be able to drive impact and launch products/features across our global footprint. You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products.

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead, plan, execute and maintain the Exchange’s Institutional roadmap, focusing on:
1. A. Institutional User Experience:
   Build, iterate and optimize a best-in-class trading UX/UI and workflows for institutional and professional traders
2. B. Institutional Product Suite:
   Crypto-As-A-Service
   Line of Credit
   OTC RFQ & ESP
   API trading connectivity and features
   Commercial Custody (interim)
2. Feature and Product Definition:
   – Define features and product outcomes by leading and actively documenting product specifications and requirements
3. Collaboration with Development Teams:
   – Provide product outcome direction
   – Work closely with lead developers to develop technical solutions
   – Share guidance with QA engineers to ensure comprehensive test plans
4. Roadmap Management:
   – Manage the roadmap backlog
   – Ship products and features in a timely manner
5. Engagement with Business and Sales Teams:
   – Facilitate user studies through client meetings and interviews for product feedback
   – Iterate on feedback to ensure user needs are captured and prioritized appropriately
6. Prioritization of Initiatives:
   – Prioritize initiatives and projects effectively
   – Weigh necessary trade-offs for optimal outcomes
7. Market Awareness:
   – Stay close to market and industry trends
8. Cross-Functional Representation:
   – Represent the domain in communications with cross-functional teams
9. Feature Management:
   – Manage specific features within the product suite

Job Requirements

1. At least 8 years of product management experience, with a domain knowledge of exchange / Institutional trading / prime brokerage platforms is preferred
2. A data-informed work style, viewed through a compassionate lens of the user
3. A passion for building delightful customer-facing products and experiences
4. Experience shipping and iterating on successful Software or Financial products at scale
5. Demonstrated leadership, taking initiative and producing results
6. The ability to collaborate well with designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, compliance, growth
7. Diligent and open to learning new things
8. Bring humility to your work and how you work with others
9. Good aptitude for understanding technical concepts and applying them is preferred
