Job Description for Operations Executive

1. Performing or assisting customers with cash withdrawal, cash deposit, account transfer, and bankers’ cheque and cash cheque.
2. Performing inward and outward clearing on a daily basis.
3. Attending customer enquiries through phone calls regarding services and rules.
4. Performing teller cash balancing and closing.
