Base pay range

After bringing our warm and lively spirit to cities across Europe and the UK, Big Mamma is now making its debut in the United Arab Emirates with a new BIG OPENING in Dubai. We’re on the lookout for passionate and motivated team of Pastry Commis to join our brand-new restaurant and be part of this exciting new chapter. Your Mission:

• Work in a brigade where you will be trained on all the fundamentals of the profession.
• Develop your knowledge of Big Mamma’s pastries & desserts — a meeting point between traditional Italian recipes and the basics of French pastry techniques.
• Learn to organize yourself, manage priorities, and communicate effectively with the rest of the team in a dynamic environment.
• Gain autonomy and adopt the right habits in the daily production of desserts (stock checks, following recipes, minimizing waste, hygiene, etc.)
