The United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) invites applications for a full-time faculty position in management within the College of Business and Economics (CBE). Responsibilities

• Contribute to teaching excellence at both undergraduate and graduate levels using pedagogical methods that emphasize practical applications.
• Develop and sustain an internally and/or externally funded research program in the candidate’s area of expertise, with findings published in refereed journals.
• Promote the growth of the Business Administration programs and the College of Business and Economics (CBE) at UAEU.
• Provide service to the university, college, department, and community; advise students; engage in ongoing scholarly activity; and collaborate with colleagues to advance the field of management.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Ph.D. in Management or a related field, preferably from an AACSB-accredited school; demonstrated research experience in human resource management, organizational behaviour, or related areas; ability to teach undergraduate and graduate management courses.
• Preferred: Research and industry experience in Business Management and related fields.
• Ability to teach and contribute across management courses.
