Position Title: Quality & Sales Manager – Travel and Tourism

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:

Identify, target, and secure new corporate and leisure clients, developing strong relationships to drive revenue growth and expand market share.

Develop and execute sales strategies, annual sales plans, and territory management initiatives aligned with business objectives and KPIs.

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team, set clear targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales goals.

Conduct regular market research, analyze trends, monitor competitor activities, and provide management with actionable insights and sales performance reports.

About the Client:

A Dubai-based travel company with 20+ years of experience delivering exceptional holiday experiences worldwide.

Qualifications:

Open to Arabic nationals, 35 – 45 years old

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field

At least 5 years relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably with corporate and leisure travel exposure.

With strong knowledge of ERP, sales forecasting, reporting tools, and excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
