Receptionist with Social Media Support – Immediate Start

SRI will welcome a professional, organised, and proactive Receptionist and Admissions Assistant as part of its grand opening in August 2025.

The role supports admissions processes and creates a welcoming environment for all visitors, contributing to the school’s online presence and persona.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, comprehensive, and timely information about school life, including curriculum and tour arrangements, to ensure a seamless and professional customer experience.
  • Manage all telephone and in-person enquiries with courtesy and discretion, directing queries to the appropriate staff.
  • Extend a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, upholding the school’s reputation as a centre of excellence.
  • Support the Parent Relations Executive with social media content creation across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Assist in capturing photos and videos during school events and daily activities, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Help check student media consent records before content is shared.
  • Use Canva or CapCut to create high-quality visual content.
  • Collaborate with the communications team to contribute to a vibrant and consistent online presence for the school.
  • Collaborate in organising and delivering school events, open days, and tours, ensuring seamless and professional experiences for attendees.
  • Contribute to creating events that reflect the school’s ethos and values, helping build a strong sense of community.
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the wider team, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate caller and visitor records, supporting follow-up and reporting.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to assist across functions when required, contributing positively to school priorities and the wider team effort.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (mandatory requirement).
  • Outstanding command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a polished and professional manner.
  • Confident and comfortable engaging with diverse groups of people, ensuring a warm, positive, and lasting impression.
  • Ability to remain calm, composed, and efficient during peak periods.
  • Fluency in a second language (with Arabic as a strong advantage).
