Overview

Sales Account Manager, Sales Property – Field. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients in the real estate industry, supporting their needs by offering solutions, and developing and maintaining positive relationships throughout the real estate sector. This role involves driving the sales cycle, prospecting new clients, and delivering value through informed consultative conversations.

In this role you will

  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
  • Prospect for potential customers using direct methods (calling, face-to-face meetings) and indirect methods (networking, social selling) within the assigned territory
  • Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales within the territory
  • Consult with prospects about business challenges and requirements, and outline the range of options and cost benefits
  • Maintain a high level of domain knowledge to have meaningful conversations with prospects
  • Draft and deliver proposals
  • Report on sales activity (Daily Visit Report) and keep detailed notes on interactions
  • Provide forecasts on best-case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods
  • Work with Marketing to plan and execute generation campaigns
  • Provide feedback to sales management on ways to improve the sales cycle, branding, and reputation
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
  • Conduct all sales activities with professionalism and integrity

Requirements

  • A minimum of secondary education; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Valid UAE license required
  • 1 – 3 years of relevant experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of sales processes
  • Continued to build knowledge of the business, products/services, the market and account needs
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Flexibility to learn new products over time
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and drive
  • Goal-oriented with capacity and drive to reach and exceed quotas
