Overview

Reporting to the Purchase Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring seamless order management, customer satisfaction, and efficient coordination across departments. You will manage the complete Bid-to-Dispatch process , ensuring that our customers consistently receive service that exceeds expectations. Responsibilities include end-to-end sales order process , managing B2B and B2C customer enquiries and requests , i mplementing a structured approach to capturing, evaluating, and reporting on customer issues and opportunities, managing order status reports , order processing , shipping instructions, and invoicing.
